On November 4, 2088 Barack Obama, the junior Senator from
Illinois, was elected the 44th President of the United States.
Born August 4, 1961 in Honolulu Hawaii, he is the first
President born outside of the contiguous 48 states.
The President-Elect is a graduate of Columbia University and
Harvard Law School.

Anchoring the western end of the National Mall, the Lincoln
Memorial enshrined the memory of Abraham Lincoln - his life,
accomplishments, ideals, and martyrdom. It reminds us of the
debt we owe the past generations that struggled to preserve
national unity and liberty.
